Age : 21-30 yrs
Selection Process : Only those candidates who have qualified for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) – 2015 are eligible to apply. Based on the GATE-2015 score, candidates will be short listed in the descending order of merit, and accordingly will be called for further document verification. Appointment will be given on the basis of successful verification of documents. It may be noted that for this recruitment process, GATE scores of 2015 only will be valid.
Candidates shall have qualified GATE 2015 in the papers as detailed below :

Training & Probation : After joining the candidates shall be required to undergo On-the- Job Induction Training for a period of one year. After successful completion of training, they shall be placed on Probation for a period of one year. They shall be confirmed in service after successful completion of probation and other related formalities i.e two years after joining the Company.
Pay & Emoluments : Selected candidates will be entitled for stipend of Rs 17000/- per month during training period, and on successful completion of training they shall be placed in the pay scale of Rs 20600 – 46500 + DA +HRA/subsidized housing and other benefits like Medical Facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund etc. admissible as per rules of the Company.
Service Agreement Bond : The selected candidates shall be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. Two Lakhs to serve the company for at least 5 years after successful completion of training period.

Rs. 1000/- for General/ OBC category.
Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PwD category.
Application of the candidates who do not pay the application fee will not be considered for selection process. Application fee can be paid through online / offline mode. Through the payment gateway, using a Master / Visa Debit or Credit card. On successful completion of the transaction through the payment gateway, an e-payment receipt will be generated. Candidates are required to take print out of the e-payment receipt as proof of the fee paid online. For offline mode please refer to Instructions given on the homepage of the website. The payment towards recruitment application fee can be made 25.02.2016 onwards, but before the close of business hours on 21.03.2016 i.e. the date of closure of online application.
